Welcome to Move & Groove! By using our website, booking a service, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

  • Move & Groove is a sock-based facility. All adults and children must wear socks while on the play floor.

  • Our play space is designed for children ages 0–8. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who does not follow our facility rules.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings (open play, classes, events, and parties) must be made through our website or app.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our booking system.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Open Play & Classes

  • Reservations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if space allows.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

  • The full fee is collected at the time of booking.

  • 45+ days before event: 100% refund available.

  • 30–45 days before event: 50% refund OR one-time reschedule.

  • Less than 30 days before event: Payment is forfeited, but a one-time reschedule is allowed.

  • Rescheduled parties must take place within 12 months of the original date.

 

4. Memberships & Passes

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Passes are non-refundable, but individual visits may be rescheduled if space allows.

  • Sibling discounts apply only to children within the same household.

  • We may adjust pricing or offerings at any time, with notice provided to current members.

 

5. Facility Rules & Safety

  • Parents/caregivers must remain on-site during open play and classes unless otherwise specified.

  • Outside food and drinks are permitted.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • For health and safety, please do not visit if your child is sick. We reserve the right to ask families to leave if illness is suspected.

 

6. Liability Waiver

By entering Move & Groove, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Participation in play involves inherent risks of injury.

  • Move & Groove, its owners, and staff are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.

  • Parents/caregivers assume full responsibility for their children while on the premises.

 

7. Photography & Media

  • We may occasionally take photos or videos for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify staff.

  • Families are welcome to take personal photos of their children but must avoid photographing other children without permission.

 

8. Advertising & Third-Party Links

  • We may use advertising and analytics tools (such as Google and Meta) as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
