Can I buy more than one open play pack?

Yes!

• 5-Visit Pack: limit 3 per family

• 10-Visit Pack: limit 2 per family
  Both are shareable among siblings and guests and expire 6 months from purchase.

Are visit packs giftable?

Yes — but gifting must be done through our website (not the app).

​To gift a visit pack, add it to your cart and then click the blue “QUICK Gift Card” button in the cart.
You’ll be able to choose whether you want the gift card emailed or printed.
When the recipient redeems it, the visit pack will activate on their account and start its expiration period.​

Are memberships giftable? 

Yes — but gifting must be done through our website (not the app).

Memberships must be purchased using the gift card format labeled “Monthly Membership,” “3 Month Membership,” etc.
When the recipient redeems it, the membership will activate on their account and their billing cycle will begin.

Do gift-card-format purchases qualify for the ‘Buy $100 get a FREE 5-Visit Pack’ promo?

No.
Purchases made in gift card format (including gifted visit packs and gifted memberships) do not count toward the “Buy $100 Gift Card → Get a Free 5-Visit Pack” Black Friday promotion.
Only standard $100 gift card purchases qualify.

When do passes or memberships start?

• If purchased normally, they start immediately at checkout.

• If purchased as a gift card, it starts when redeemed.

Do I get 3 guest passes every month with the monthly membership?

No — the 3 guest passes are a one-time Black Friday bonus that you receive when you sign up for the discounted $79/mo membership during the sale.
You’ll receive all 3 at once after purchase, and they do not renew monthly.

 

What’s the birthday party Black Friday bonus?

Book any 2026 weekend birthday party, pay the balance in full at booking,
and receive a FREE 3-month membership (value $225).

Membership will be added to your account within 24-48 hours of purchase
