Gymnastics Classes
Our gymnastics classes are designed to introduce young children to movement in a way that feels fun, supportive, and confidence-building. Through guided stations, simple skills, and playful exploration, kids build strength, coordination, and body awareness while learning in a low-pressure environment.
Classes focus on foundational gymnastics skills using age-appropriate equipment, with an emphasis on encouragement, safety, and meeting each child where they are.

Current Class Offerings
Parent & Tot Gymnastics (18 months–3 years)
A caregiver-supported class that focuses on bonding through movement. Toddlers explore balance, early strength, sensory play, and safe falling while building confidence in a playful, pressure-free setting.
Preschool Gymnastics (4–5 years)
An introduction to gymnastics through stations, games, and early apparatus skills. Children practice gross motor skills, following directions, turn-taking, and foundational gymnastics movements in a fun, encouraging environment.
No prior gymnastics experience is needed. Our goal is to help children feel strong, capable, and excited to move.
